Refund policy

When you get your money back, how long it takes, and what happens to sessions you already used.

Version 2026-10a · In effect since 21 October 2026

The short version: if coaching has barely started and it is not working out, ask within 7 days and you get the whole thing back. After that, what you have already used is used.

Coaching bought by the month

Ask within 7 days of paying, having used little or none of it, and we refund that month in full. The coaching stops, the month we had credited you is taken off, and the seller's payout for it — your trainer's, or their gym's — is reversed.

After 7 days that month stands. Nothing renews by itself, so to stop, simply do not pay for the next one — you keep what you already paid for until the day it runs out.

Session packs

Sessions you have not used come back to you at the price you paid for them. Sessions you have attended do not. Ask within 7 days for a pack you have not started at all and you get all of it back.

A single session

  • You cancel in good time — outside the cancellation window your trainer set — and the credit goes straight back to you, automatically.
  • You cancel late, or do not turn up, and the session is spent. That time was held for you.
  • Your trainer cancels, for any reason, and you always get the credit back.

The cancellation window is shown in plain words on the booking screen before you book, because it is your trainer's to set, not ours.

Classes

Cancel outside the window and your place and any credit come back, and the next person on the waitlist is offered your spot. Cancel late and it is spent. If the trainer calls the class off, everybody is refunded.

The shop

  • Before it ships, cancel any part of an order from the order screen and you get all of it back, delivery included. If the seller cancels, or does not ship within 7 days, the same happens without you asking.
  • After it arrives, if an item is damaged, wrong or missing, report it from the order within 7 days of delivery, with 1 to 3 photos. The seller can reply; we decide, and refund the item — or the part of it that is fair — to you.
  • Opened food, protein and supplements cannot be returned, for safety. If they arrived damaged, wrong or past their date, report it as above.
  • We do not take back things that are simply not wanted once they have arrived.

How to ask

Write to support@fitmarto.com from the address or number on your account, and say what you bought and why. We answer within 3 working days.

Refunds are approved by us, not by your trainer, so a disagreement with your coach does not decide it.

Getting the money back

It goes back the way it came — the same card, the same UPI account — through our payment provider. That usually takes 5 to 7 working days after we approve it, and the last leg of that is your bank, not us.

For coaching we refund the whole payment, not part of it; if the fair answer is somewhere in the middle, we will talk to you rather than guess. In the shop we may refund part of an order — one damaged item out of three, or the delivery charge — and the order screen shows exactly how much is coming back.

Where it gets harder

Once the seller — your trainer, or their gym — has already been paid out for a sale, we can no longer claw it back through the payment provider. We will still sort it out, but it becomes a conversation between the three of us rather than a button, and it takes longer. This is the main reason to ask early.

What is not refunded

Sessions you attended. Coaching months that have run. A cancellation for a reason covered by the window you agreed to when booking. Accounts closed for abuse or for faked documents.

If something has gone genuinely wrong — a trainer who vanished, coaching that was never delivered — that is not this list. Tell us and we will make it right.
